The EPS Machine is designed for high-precision EPS foam production, with a frequency-controlled spindle that adjusts rotation speed to suit the raw material process. This ensures that the material level is accurately controlled, resulting in precise expanding weight every time.

The steam system of the EPS Machine is outfitted with a Japanese YOSHITAKE relief valve and a high-precision drainage valve and filter. These components work together to ensure stable steam pressure, enhancing the machine's ability to maintain consistency during the expansion process.

Pressure control is another key feature of the EPS Machine. It incorporates an international pressure sensor, a German BATTON angle-seat valve, and a multi-valve exhaust system, ensuring stable and accurate control of temperature and pressure within the bucket.

Temperature is tightly regulated by the EPS Machine through the use of an international temperature sensor and a German BATTON steam and air dual proportional valve. This ensures the machine maintains the precise temperature required for high-density expansion.

Feeding is made more accurate with an electronic weighing system, where the feeding weight is set via a touch screen. The automatic weighing ensures precise feeding, while a vibration sensor from Korea controls the material level, ensuring uniform particle density.

Additionally, the EPS Machine features an adjustable material level in the fluidizer bed, optimizing the aging effect of expanded particles. The feeding crushing device at the bottom ensures that the fluidizer bed is easy to clean, promoting efficiency in production.
