To maintain the right expanding density, the EPS Machine includes a vibration induction controller from Korea. It senses the rising rate of the beads and maintains density within a tolerance of ±1% for 18-25g, guaranteeing consistent output quality.

The pre-expanding vessel is equipped with a temperature control device that limits temperature fluctuations, optimizing energy efficiency. Additionally, the steam-water discharge device reduces water content in the material, preventing lumps and improving the quality of the foam.
